This Sunflower Beatdown was unlike the others KU actually put a fight taking the lead twice early on. getting the first score... putting a huge knot in my KU hating stomach. KU was aided on second drive but fake punt and fake field goal conversions putting ku n possition to tie.
right before half KSU got there 1st of 3 1nt's but was unable to convert into points seemingly puttin momentum with KU but KSU held lead21-14 half
2nd half is when the beatdown happend with the KSU D pickn 2 more passes 5 sacks and a fummble
colin klein was 7-14 129 yrds 2 rushing tds 2 passing. RB jon Hubert put video game like numbers 10 att/101 yrds 4 tds
KU Qb CRist seemed to quit on team in 2nd half goin down on at least 2 sacks before contact
I swear KSU is the only team in the NCAA who would only move up 1 spot when 3 of the top five teams lose complete B.S.... WHich is why we have to contune to DEFY THE ODDS
Hey Ian, Just a few suggestion for your post. When you are talking about colin klein's passer completion make sure you estalbish if it was for the whole game or just for that half. Also, make sure you captalize his name and on Dane Crist name make sure you dont accidently captalize more laters besides the first one. I know your upset about not moving up hire in the polls, but if a game is a deffensive struggle game the rankings committes award that more than a blow out some of the time. Keep it up on the posting.
ReplyDeleteI watched the KU vs. KSU game, at least until it got ugly for KU. KU gave KSU a pretty good run in the first half. This would be a great post to put highlights from the game down because there was so many crazy things that happened.
